Services
For those arranging or reviewing arrangements for children, including:
• Living and time arrangements with children
• Schooling, travel, and major decisions
• Grandparent or significant person time
This process includes intake sessions, safety screening, and structured mediation to support safe, informed, and practical outcomes.
Children's Matters
Property Matters
Property mediation supports families and couples working through the financial side of separation, including assets, debts, superannuation, and ongoing financial arrangements.
The process is structured to help both parties make informed decisions with clarity and confidence, without going to court.
Sometimes families need to resolve one specific issue: a change to an existing arrangement, a single financial question, or a focused discussion on a clearly defined matter. A standard short session may be the right fit.
Intended for matters that are narrow in scope and where both parties are adequately prepared to engage in focused negotiations.
Short Sessions
Comprehensive Sessions
For families navigating both children's arrangements and property division, Comprehensive Sessions combine both into one streamlined process, covering all the essential areas under a single, combined fee.
Two structured sessions. One clear process. Everything resolved together.

My understanding of this work didn't start in a law office.
Growing up in a separated family, I saw firsthand how the legal system and prolonged conflict can impact a family's dynamics for years — and how difficult it can be to move past the friction of the past and find a functional way forward. That lived perspective is the heartbeat of my practice.
I'm a qualified family lawyer, admitted in Queensland and the High Court in 2020, and an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP). I've worked in family law and dispute resolution since 2018 and I'm currently training as a counsellor, because good mediation is as much about people as it is about process.
I believe there is almost always another question worth asking.
Conflict rarely exists on the surface. What people argue about is often not the full story, there is usually more context, more history, more emotion, and more information that needs to be understood before real progress can happen.
I lead with curiosity, kindness, and empathy. Not because they sound nice, but because they work.
When people feel rushed, unheard, or judged, conversations harden. When they feel properly listened to, something shifts. My role is to create that shift, while still holding structure, safety and direction.
When it matters to you; resolve it well.

I lead with curiosity, kindness and empathy. Not because they sound nice, but because they work.
Over time, I have learned that conflict rarely exists on the surface. What people argue about is often not the full story. There is usually more context, more history, more emotion and more information that needs to be understood before real progress can happen.
I believe there is almost always another question worth asking.
When people feel rushed, unheard or judged, conversations harden. When they feel properly listened to, something shifts. My role is to create that shift, while still holding structure and direction.
I care deeply about:
Making sure each person feels genuinely heard
Slowing things down when conversations start to spiral
Helping people make decisions from clarity rather than reaction
Protecting children from carrying the emotional weight of adult conflict
Ensuring that any agreement reached is thoughtful and sustainable
I am not interested in pushing people toward quick agreements. I am interested in helping people make decisions they can live with.
Working directly with Resolve Well means the process is personal. You are not passed between departments. You are working directly with me. That means I bring my full attention, professional experience and human understanding to every session.
Curiosity creates clarity. Clarity creates stability.
Why Family Mediation
I became a family mediator alongside my legal work because I believe families deserve a faster, less painful way through an experience that they don’t want to be in. Court has its place, but so does sitting down together with someone who can help you get clear on what you need, find the words for it, and move toward something you've actually shaped yourself. That's the work I find most meaningful, and I bring everything I have to it: my legal training, my mediation practice, and my genuine care about how this goes for you and your unique family.
