Family Mediation Fees and Packages

Free 30 minute discovery call to discuss your situation and whether mediation is right for you
Individual intake and assessment session with each party (approximately 60-90 minutes)
Safety screening and preparation prior to any joint session
Four hour facilitated mediation session
Preparation of agreements and parenting documentation
Administrative coordination throughout the entire process

Comprehensive session: $1,500.00 per person (all inclusive)
The comprehensive fee includes everything — your intake and assessment session, disclosure session, both mediation sessions, all documentation, and full administrative coordination from start to finish. No additional fees apply.
In person sessions available in the Mackay region by arrangement — additional venue costs apply.

Discovery
We start with a conversation about your situation, what's happening, what you need, and whether mediation is the right fit. No commitment, just clarity.
Your Intake Session
Before anyone else is involved, we spend dedicated time with you. We understand your situation fully, work through what matters most to you, and make sure you feel genuinely prepared. Once we're ready, we reach out to the other party.
Invite & Prepare
We contact the other party and invite them into the process. If they agree, they complete their own intake session, so both people arrive at the table prepared, informed, and ready to engage.
Mediate
In a structured, safe space, you work through the issues together. Brittany guides the conversation not toward a particular outcome, but toward the clarity that makes real decisions possible. What you decide is yours.
